This letter is to inform you of the new ownership of A&A Storage. It is now owned and operated by NYON Properties, Inc. It is our desire to provide you with an overall great experience, as well as a clean and safe space to store your personal belongings.
Personal Website: Each of you can now have your own Nyon Properties website! On your personal nyonproperties.com website you will be able to make payments, rent additional space, receive updates and several other features. One of the main features is that you will be able to go to your site and sign your new Nyon Storage rental agreement. One of our team members will contact you soon to help you get your website set up as soon as possible.
Facility
Improvements: There have already been several changes and upgrades made on the
property, and there will be more to come in the following months. If your unit
is equipped with interior lighting, you will see that New LED bulbs are being
installed. The exterior of each building has new LED lighting as well.
The facility is now under 24 hour video surveillance. We also plan to install
fencing and electronic gates in the near future for added security. The roadway
going from the upper units to the lower units will also be repaired, and
drainage will be put in place to ensure the issue is resolved.
Payments: In addition to the physical improvements we are making to the location, we are also offering several new methods of payment to make things easier and more convenient. We will be contacting each of you to check your desired method of payment.
· Credit/Debit Card: If you choose to pay your monthly bill with this service, we will send you a private email with instructions on how to set this up. We do this to protect your confidential information. This is a very convenient service offered with only a small transaction fee included.
· ACH/Auto-draft: If you choose to pay your monthly bill with this service, we will send you a private email with instructions on how to set this up. We do this to protect your confidential information. This is a very convenient service offered with only a small transaction fee included.
· Online Payments: At any time you can access our company website and make a payment using your credit or debit card. Simply go to www.nyonproperties.com and click the appropriate button to make a payment.
· Snail-mail: Or, as always, you can still mail a paper check in on the first of each month. Please make note of the enclosed contract and the fees associated with non-payment or insufficient fund payments.
· Regardless of which payment method you choose, you need to make note that ALL RENT PAYMENTS ARE NOW DUE THE FIRST DAY OF EACH MONTH! For most all of you, this will mean that you are getting several days rent-free. (For example, If your next rent payment is due on January 20th. Your payment doesn’t need to be made until February 1st. This means you just got 11 days of rent free). We are happy to provide this to you in order to make our company accounting much easier.
